Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (chriscorry.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

This site is operated by Friends of Chris Corry, the official campaign committee for Chris Corry's candidacy for the Washington State House of Representatives, 15th Legislative District, Position 1. Use of this site is governed by Washington State and applicable federal law.

Phone & Text Messaging

Phone numbers are optional on our forms. If you provide one, we may use it to follow up about volunteer opportunities, schedule a call related to a contact request, or coordinate event logistics. We may occasionally send a text — for example, to confirm a volunteer shift or send a quick reminder about a campaign event nearby.

We are not currently operating a recurring SMS broadcast program. If we ever do, we will tell you separately and ask you to opt in before adding you. Standard message and data rates may apply if we send any text. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email chris@chriscorry.com at any point to ask us not to contact you by phone.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

Email Communications

By subscribing to receive email updates, you consent to receive recurring email messages including campaign news, occasional fundraising appeals, event invitations, and volunteer opportunities. We send emails through Mailchimp.

Subscribers may receive multiple messages per week during active campaign periods. We do not charge for these emails; however, your internet service provider's standard rates may apply. Unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email or by emailing chris@chriscorry.com.

Contributions & Donations

Online contributions to Friends of Chris Corry are processed by Anedot (anedot.com). By contributing through our donation page, you agree to Anedot's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a contribution. Processing fees may apply. Anedot processes transactions as final; however, Friends of Chris Corry may issue refunds at its discretion or as required by applicable campaign finance law, including for contributions that exceed legal limits or are from prohibited sources.

Contributions to Friends of Chris Corry are subject to Washington State campaign finance law administered by the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC). By making a contribution, you represent that:

• You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
• The contribution is made from your own personal funds and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity
• You are not a foreign national prohibited from making contributions in connection with U.S. elections
• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge

Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits under Washington State law. Friends of Chris Corry reserves the right to refund any contribution it determines, in its sole discretion, it is unable to accept.

You are solely responsible for maintaining records of your contributions for tax and other purposes. Consult a legal or tax professional for any questions about contribution rules or tax implications.
